J J M Planning Ltd was founded in 2021 by James Mattley, a chartered town planner (MRTPI), who has significant experience in the planning profession having worked in various Local Authority roles since 2007 including Head of Development Control at North West Leicestershire District Council.

J J M Planning Ltd operates across the UK but with a specific focus on planning issues in the Midlands.
